These terms are written to cover patients, clinics, and general website users in a clear and professional format.
By using NextTurn, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional policies or notices we publish from time to time.
Acceptance of Terms
Accessing or using the platform means you accept these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the services.
Eligibility and user accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account or submitting clinic details. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activity under your account.
Clinic registration and responsibilities
Clinics must provide accurate ownership, contact, address, doctor, and verification details. Clinics are responsible for maintaining updated operating hours, appointment availability, and queue accuracy.
Patient responsibilities
Patients should provide correct contact information, arrive on time, follow clinic instructions, and cancel or reschedule responsibly when needed.
Appointment booking rules and time rules
Appointments may be booked only when slots are visible as available in the system. Booking windows, including rolling unlock rules, may depend on server time and clinic configuration. Slot availability, queue position, and booking labels are subject to live changes.
Live queue information and cancellations
Queue information is provided to improve planning but may change in real time based on clinic operations. Clinics or patients may cancel appointments according to platform controls and clinic policies.
Rescheduling and availability
Rescheduling is subject to slot availability and clinic rules. We do not guarantee that any particular appointment time will remain available until booking is completed.
Intellectual property and acceptable use
All platform content, branding, and software are owned by or licensed to NextTurn. You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operations, or use the platform for unlawful or abusive activity.
Privacy and disclaimers
Use of the service is also governed by the Privacy Policy. The platform is provided on an as-is and as-available basis, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or clinic-side performance.
Limitation of liability and termination
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NextTurn is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. We may suspend or terminate access for policy violations, abuse, or operational reasons.
Applicable Indian law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. We may revise these terms from time to time, and continued use of the platform means you accept the updated version.
